Introduction

We are the flagship product of BETFIT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, offering our Platform to you and an opportunity to participate in fitness-based real-money challenges spanning various health and wellness goals (“Services”). An illustrative list of such challenges is provided below and may be updated from time to time (“Fitness Challenges”):

  • Step Count Challenge
  • Weight Loss Challenge
  • Running Challenge
  • Habit & Wellness Streaks
  • Other goal-oriented fitness activities

Any person using, accessing, and/or participating in any fitness-related free-to-participate challenges on our Platform is a user (“User”). All references to “You/Your” refer to the User. All references to “We/Us/Our” refer to Betfit, which denotes a collective reference to the Betfit mobile application and the Betfit website (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Platform”). Practice Challenge and Paid Challenge are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Challenges”.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BETFIT (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility
  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to participate in any challenges on BetFit.
  • Location Compliance: You must reside in a jurisdiction where participation in skill-based fitness contests is legally permitted.
License and Access
  • Grant of License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.
  • Restrictions: You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or use the App in any unlawful manner.
User Accounts, Registration and KYC
  • Account Creation: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
  • One Account Per User: Each individual may register only one account with valid and verifiable credentials.
Fitness Challenges and Participation
  • Challenge Types: BetFit offers multiple formats including step count, weight loss, running, and other fitness challenges.
  • Entry Fee: Joining a challenge is absolutely free. There could be some challenges required FitPoints as Joining fee.
  • Winning Criteria: Winners are determined based on completion of predefined fitness goals and may be subject to verification methods such as activity syncing or photo/video uploads.
  • Challenge Verification: Challenges may require submissions (e.g., selfies, scale photos, GPS data). Failure to provide valid submissions can lead to disqualification.
Verification Process
  • Uploads are reviewed by referees but can be flagged by other players as well.
  • Flagged submissions are reviewed by referees.
  • If an issue arises, players will be contacted.
  • Failure to comply with audits may lead to disqualification.
  • Zero-tolerance policy on cheating.
Submission Rules
  • All submissions must be uploaded through your mobile device.
  • Manual entry is not allowed.
  • Device failures do not qualify for exceptions.
Running Challenges
  • Follow the running schedule and pace requirements.
  • One qualifying run per day, completed in a single session.
Refunds and Cancellations
  • Refund Policy: Users may request a refund for the challenge within 3 days of joining a challenge, provided the challenge has not started.  as After the challenge begins, no refunds will be issued. This is Applicable for challenges which use FitPoints to join.
  • Refund of FitPoints will be credited back to the user’s wallet in realtime.
  • Challenge Cancellation: BetFit reserves the right to cancel any challenge due to insufficient participation or technical issues. In such cases, full refunds of FitPoints will be issued.
Fair Play and Conduct
  • No Cheating or Fraud: Any form of cheating, manipulation of tracking data, falsified photos, or fraudulent behavior will lead to disqualification and possible account suspension.
  • One Device Policy: Users are expected to use a single device/account for participation. Suspicious behavior will trigger review.
Bonuses and Referrals
  • Promotional Bonuses: BetFit may offer bonuses or referral rewards. These may be subject to specific terms, usage restrictions, and expiry timelines.
  • Misuse: Creating fake accounts or self-referring for bonus abuse will lead to forfeiture of bonuses and possible suspension.
FitPoints

FitPoints are reward points earned by users on the BetFit platform for completing eligible activities. By earning or using FitPoints, you agree to the following terms:

  • FitPoints are non-cash reward points issued by BetFit.
  • FitPoints have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
  • FitPoints can only be used within the BetFit app as per available options.
  • Some FitPoints may require manual claiming within the app.
  • If FitPoints are not claimed within the allowed time, they may lapse.
  • BetFit is not responsible for unclaimed or lapsed FitPoints due to user inactivity.
  • FitPoints can be used for Redeeming products or rewards,  Partial payment (Points + Pay) where applicable, Accessing specific in-app benefits or offers, participation in FitPoints Challenges etc. Availability and redemption value may vary and are subject to change.
  • FitPoints are personal to the user account. They cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or exchanged between users.
  • BetFit may modify earning rules, redemption options, or FitPoints limits at any time. Changes will be communicated via the app or official channels.
  • Earning FitPoints does not guarantee rewards, winnings, or benefits.
  • Rewards are subject to availability and platform rules at the time of redemption.

BetFit reserves the right to:

  • Reverse FitPoints earned through misuse, manipulation, or incorrect tracking
  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity
  • Modify or discontinue FitPoints without prior notice
Intellectual Property
  • All content, branding, app design, and challenge formats on BetFit are the intellectual property of the company. No content may be copied or reused without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
  • BetFit is not liable for injuries, losses, or health issues arising from participation in physical activities. Please consult a healthcare professional before engaging in intensive fitness programs.
  • BetFit does not guarantee winnings and is not liable for losses due to challenge outcomes, app errors.
Third-Party Links and Content

The App may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers
  • The App is provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • BETFIT is not liable for any damages arising from the App’s use.
Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BETFIT from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you violate these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Disputes will be resolved through amicable negotiations or the courts of Haryana.
Modifications to the Terms

BetFit reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Miscellaneous
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in effect.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BETFIT.

Definitions
  • BetFit Challenge: A contest requiring activity completion.
  • Host: The challenge organiser.
  • Private challenge: Requires an invitation.
  • Public challenge: Open to all eligible players.
  • Referee: A BetFit agent who verifies activities.
  • Pledge: The upfront payment of FitPoints for certain challenge.
