BetFit Pro Membership – Terms & Conditions

These BetFit Pro Membership Terms & Conditions (“Pro Membership Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the BetFit Pro Membership offered by BetFit Solutions Private Limited (“BetFit”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By purchasing, activating, or using a Pro Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with BetFit’s general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any other policies published within the BetFit platform.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use the Pro Membership.

  1. Eligibility

To purchase or use a Pro Membership, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age required in your jurisdiction.
  • Have a valid BetFit account.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and BetFit policies.

BetFit reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate Pro Membership access if eligibility requirements are not met.

  1. Membership Nature

2.1 Pro Membership is a subscription-based premium service offered within the BetFit platform.

2.2 Pro Membership provides access to premium features, benefits, services, rewards, and experiences as determined by BetFit from time to time.

2.3 Pro Membership benefits are intended solely for the subscribing user and are non-transferable.

2.4 Pro Membership does not grant ownership of any part of the BetFit platform, intellectual property, rewards ecosystem, or user data.

2.5 The Pro Membership is not purchased for participation in any prize competition.

  1. Subscription Plans

3.1 BetFit may offer multiple subscription durations, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly Plans
  • Quarterly Plans
  • Annual Plans
  • Promotional Plans
  • Trial Plans

3.2 Subscription pricing may vary based on:

  • Geography
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Platform (Android, iOS, Web)
  • Taxes
  • Applicable discounts

3.3 Prices are displayed before purchase and may change for future subscription periods.

3.4 Any change in subscription pricing will not affect the current active billing period.

  1. Payment and Billing

4.1 Subscription fees are payable in advance.

4.2 Payments are processed through authorized payment providers, app stores, or billing partners.

4.3 Applicable taxes, GST, government levies, or processing charges may be added where required by law.

4.4 BetFit is not responsible for:

  • Banking errors
  • Payment gateway failures
  • Network interruptions
  • Delayed payment confirmations
  • Charges imposed by banks or payment providers

4.5 Access to Pro Membership may be delayed until successful payment confirmation.

  1. Auto-Renewal

5.1 Certain subscription plans may automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle.

5.2 By purchasing an auto-renewing subscription, you authorize recurring billing through the selected payment method.

5.3 Renewal charges may be processed automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

5.4 Users are responsible for managing subscription settings through:

  • Google Play Store
  • Apple App Store
  • Other authorized payment channels

5.5 Deleting the BetFit app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

  1. Cancellation

6.1 Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the applicable billing platform.

6.2 Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the current subscription period.

6.3 Membership benefits will generally remain available until the current subscription period expires.

6.4 Upon expiration, access to premium benefits may be restricted or removed.

  1. Refund Policy

7.1 All subscription fees are non-refundable.

7.2 No refunds shall be provided for:

  • Partial usage periods
  • Unused membership periods
  • User inactivity
  • Failure to participate in platform activities
  • Device incompatibility after purchase
  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase by the user

7.3 Purchases made through app stores are governed by the respective app store refund policies.

  1. Promotional Offers and Trials

8.1 BetFit may offer:

  • Free trials
  • Introductory discounts
  • Promotional pricing
  • Partner-sponsored memberships

8.2 Promotional offers may be:

  • Time-limited
  • User-specific
  • Region-specific
  • Device-specific

8.3 BetFit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw promotional offers at any time.

8.4 Abuse of promotional programs may result in suspension or termination of membership.

  1. Membership Benefits and Changes

9.1 BetFit continuously improves its platform and may add, remove, modify, replace, or discontinue membership benefits at its sole discretion.

9.2 Certain benefits may:

  • Require specific app versions
  • Be available only in selected regions
  • Be limited to selected users
  • Depend on third-party services

9.3 Availability of benefits is not guaranteed at all times.

9.4 Temporary interruptions, maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may affect access to membership benefits.

  1. Rewards, Points and Incentives

10.1 Any rewards, points, credits, vouchers, badges, rankings, incentives, or similar virtual benefits provided through BetFit remain subject to separate program rules.

10.2 BetFit may modify, suspend, or discontinue reward programs at any time.

10.3 Virtual rewards, points, credits, or badges:

  • Have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be sold or transferred.
  • May expire in accordance with applicable program rules.

10.4 BetFit reserves the right to reverse or remove rewards obtained through fraud, abuse, manipulation, or technical exploitation.

10.5 Rewards are promotional wellness incentives funded by BetFit or sponsors.

10.6 Rewards are not financed from subscription fees.

  1. Fair Usage Policy

Users must use Pro Membership fairly and responsibly.

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Creating multiple accounts to obtain benefits.
  • Using bots, automation tools, scripts, emulators, or unauthorised software.
  • Manipulating fitness activity data.
  • Providing false information.
  • Exploiting technical loopholes.
  • Circumventing platform restrictions.
  • Attempting to gain unfair advantages.

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

  1. Account Security

12.1 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

12.2 Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their account.

12.3 BetFit shall not be liable for losses arising from:

  • Unauthorized access
  • Credential sharing
  • Account misuse
  • User negligence

12.4 Users should immediately report any suspected unauthorized activity.

  1. Third-Party Services

13.1 Certain features may rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to:

  • Payment gateways
  • Fitness tracking services
  • Health data integrations
  • Analytics providers
  • Cloud service providers
  • Delivery and logistics partners

13.2 BetFit is not responsible for interruptions, inaccuracies, delays, or failures caused by third-party services.

13.3 Use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

14.1 BetFit is a health and wellness platform and does not provide medical advice.

14.2 Information available through the platform is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

14.3 Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals before beginning any fitness, exercise, nutrition, or wellness program.

14.4 BetFit is not responsible for injuries, health complications, or medical outcomes resulting from platform use.

14.5 Participation in any fitness-related activity is undertaken at the user’s own risk.

  1. Suspension and Termination

BetFit may suspend, restrict, or terminate Pro Membership immediately if:

  • These Terms are violated.
  • Fraudulent activity is detected.
  • Abuse of benefits is identified.
  • Required payments fail.
  • Legal or regulatory obligations require such action.
  • User conduct harms BetFit, its users, partners, or systems.

No refund shall be due where termination occurs because of user misconduct.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • BetFit provides the Pro Membership on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
  • BetFit does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
  • BetFit does not guarantee achievement of fitness, health, wellness, or personal goals.

BetFit shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of rewards
  • Data loss
  • Business interruption
  • Technical failures outside its reasonable control

In no event shall BetFit’s total liability exceed the subscription amount paid by the user during the preceding twelve (12) months.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content associated with the Pro Membership, including:

  • Logos
  • Designs
  • Software
  • Graphics
  • Trademarks
  • Text
  • Audio
  • Video
  • User interfaces

remain the exclusive property of BetFit or its licensors.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

  1. Changes to Membership Terms

18.1 BetFit may update these Terms from time to time.

18.2 Updated Terms become effective upon publication within the app, website, or related channels.

18.3 Continued use of Pro Membership after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the Pro Membership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
